With a combined experience of more than 40 years, the team is well equipped to confront and come up with solutions to challenges posed. The team members are deeply involved with the communities they are engaged with, working as an extended family.
Rituja Upadhyay. PhD
Founder & Director
A PhD in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay, India, She brings in immense technical insights in the concept, process and formulation side of the business. Her background in Food Rheology, Tribology, Texture Design, Process Engineering and Sensory Studies has been very resourceful in developing consumer products.
Her past experience includes two PostDocs in US and China, working on projects for Global companies. Apart from being the Founder, she doubles up as Associate Professor at Karunya Institute of Technology and Science, Coimbatore.
She leads the innovations and R&D at FlavingredProducts .
Gardening, compassion for animals, she is her best when amongst nature.
Vinnay Upadhyay
Lead - Business Development
To pursue his passion in Sustainability, he is on a sabbatical from his PhD studies. With more than 18 years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, Consulting and Research.
His past experience includes working at Sherwin Williams(US), Praj Industries, Cargill Inc, Anil Limited. His research experience includes working on protein extraction, synthesis of Graphene electrodes doped with noble metals, and Biomass Valorization.
He handles business development, strategy and client engagement at the company.
Gardening, reading and tending to the cattle on the farm brings him immense peace.
Keval Mamania
Lead - Finance
Educated as a Chartered Accountant, Keval brings immense value to the company with his financial and taxation expertise.
He leads the accounting, taxation and compliance at FlavingredProducts
Ravi Mishra
Lead - IT
A Computer Science undergraduate, he has worked in the Fintech industry with companies like Mobikwik, Sapient and Paytm. His skills set includes system manager and DevOps.
If he gets time to spare, he loves gardening.
Shyweta Kalokhe
Assistant Manager - R&D
With a Masters in Organic Chemistry from Mumbai University, she comes with a varied experience from metal testing to coatings to health and nutrition portfolio at FlavingredProducts. She joined the team in May 2022.
She works with Dr. Rituja assisting in the innovation and research space.
In spare time, she likes to pursue her hobbies related to designing and crafts.
